Registration
When you arrive at Millfield you will see signs directing you to the Registration Point. Members of the Millfield Enterprises team will be able to help you.
Registration will be open from 17:00-22:00. Accommodation will not be available before 17:00 but you will be able to leave your luggage if you want to go out into the local area. If you are planning to arrive after 22:00, please email edyoufest@millfieldschool.com and we will send you separate instructions before the start of the event.
When you register you will receive your accommodation key, name badge lanyard, information about gate codes, campus map and EdYOUfest programme. You will be directed to your accommodation, help will be available with luggage if needed.

Accommodation
Accommodation is in boarding houses on campus. There are some single ensuite rooms and these will be allocated as people book. Other rooms have basins and there are shared bathrooms on each floor. Each house has a kitchen where you will be able to make tea and coffee, there is also a common room equipped with sofas and TV. During your stay, there will be a member of Millfield staff staying in the house. They will inform you of emergency procedures and be able to answer any questions you have.
Please note we do not provide towels or toiletries so you will need to bring these with you. All bed linen is provided.

Meals
All meals are provided from breakfast on Monday 19th August to breakfast on Thursday 22nd August. Meals are served in the dining room. There will be no catering available on Sunday 18th August so you will need to either bring something with you or go into Street for a meal.
Meal Times are:
Breakfast: 08:15 (TBC)
Lunch: 13:00
Dinner: 18:00
The dining room is self-service and trays need to be returned at the end of the meal.
There is a choice of options including vegetarian and vegan dishes and we are able to cater for all dietary requirements. Please ensure that you let us know any specific requirements before you arrive. Tea and coffee will also be available during the day.

Other Groups on Campus
It is likely that we will have other groups staying at the same time. They will have different accommodation and will not use the same facilities (apart from the dining room) as EdYOUfest. Some groups may be children, Millfield takes safeguarding of children very seriously and we request that you refrain from taking photographs with any children included. Please wear your EdYOUfest lanyard and name badge at all times so you can be identified as part of the EdYOUfest group.

Smoking (Including E-Cigarettes)
Millfield is a non-smoking environment and smoking on campus (including accommodation) is strictly forbidden. If you wish to smoke, you need to go outside of the gates. Members of the Enterprises team will be able to direct you to a suitable place.

REGISTRATION : meet Millfield Enterprises and EdYOUfest staff and find out where your room is
CHECK-IN : let us know you have arrived and receive your lanyard
MEALS : taken in the dining hall at set times
PLENARY : the start of the development day, all delegates should attend
WORKSHOP : held during the day around the campus, usually 3 or 4 simultaneously
EVENING ACTIVITIES : a time to get to know other teachers and to let your hair down a little
CERTIFICATE CEREMONY : last part of the last day, you’ll receive your certificate
CHECK-OUT : time to leave now
TRANSFERS : from airports or train and bus stations to Millfield school (where organised)
